Gathering the Must-Have Supplies Before You Start
Closing down your pool the right way in the winter makes a big difference in necessary maintenance costs as well as how long it will take to get it opened up again next year.
With that in mind, here are seven steps to winterizing your pool
1. Clean the pool completely – brush walls, vacuum, and leaf skim.
2. Make certain pH and alkalinity are in balance.
3. Add winterizing chemicals.
